business contact manager--where is it

I have office professional 2003--full version. Business
Contact Mananger is supposed to be included.

I don't see Business Contact Mananger for Outlook. The
help files online refer to a BCM disk. But I only have 2
CDs: Office and OneNote. Is BCM on one of those disks?

I have looked and don't see a separate install file.
I'm pretty sure it hasn't installed yet, but I am not
certain.

BCM is supposed to be on the second disk of Office Professional. From the
sounds of it, the copy you have was given out at an Office Launch event. It
is a known issue that the second CD was not given out for Launch
participants - don't ask me why, just contact your local Microsoft
subsidiary in charge of the launch event that you attended and request the
CD 2 of Office Professional.
