Business Contact Manager Toolbar

How do I get rid of the Business Contact Manager Toolbar (or least
make it behave)? I delete it and it comes back. It insists on being on
a line of its own. I try to drag it up and put it next to the Advanced
toolbar and it goes back to its own line when I reopen Outlook. Argh!

You can't. Sorry.

I can't even turn off the BCM toolbar? I find this very hard to
believe.

Is there at least a way I can lock the toolbars? I think MS started
this standard with IE.

Thanks,
Wayne

You can't turn them off and you can't lock them. It's definitely a design
flaw, but it's a fact of life with BCM. Sorry.

Thank you, Patricia.

I thought your name looked familiar. I am currently reading your book
(Special ED OL 2003) and learnig a lot. Very well-written!
