L Luther Jul 14, 2005 #2 I don't fully understand your question. If a BCM task is in a BCM shared database, then all shared users should see all the changes in a BCM task. However, there's no mechanism to assign tasks in BCM. BCM does not share tasks stored in Outlook or Exchange.
