Business Contact Manager runs slow. How do I imprve it?

Business Contact manager runs very slowly on my PC. It is so slow that I am
considering a switch to a different ptoduct. All other programs, such as
Quickooks or Excell run great.

What can I doto improve the performance?

Remove old emails, including from the deleted items folder.
