Business contact manager report error

I can't generate any reports in Business contact Manager. I get an error:

'The Report could not be generated - try again'. I'm probably doing
something really stupid - any ideas?
 
Hi Richard

Go to Start > Run and enter "Assembly" (without the quotes) and click ok.
See if there are any beginning with Crystal (ie... CrystalDecisions.web)
etc...
There should be about 10 of them. If they are missing, try reinstalling BCM
