Business Contact Manager Produces Error

I have installed Business Contact Manager with Outlook 2003, the install went
smoothly, but after I rebooted and opened Outlook and Business Contact
Manager came up and initialized and then 3/4 through it produces the
following error:

Exception from HRESULT: 0xf387007e

I have googled and have not found any results, any help would be appreciated.
 
Hi tgleo

Try to install the Servicepack for your BCM. I had the same problem bevor
installing the actual servicepack.

I forgot to mention that I already have the latest service pack installed.
