After using the BCM successfully for a few weeks, this week I've noticed that
my account history reflects all of my inbox (and not specific to the client)
and that the add history item is not functional. I've searched the various
forums and attempted the solutions with no success. I've cleared the form
cache, I've renamed the extend.dat, outcmd.dat and frmcache.dat files and
nothing seems to work. What a pain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
