I have been trying to learn how to use BCM for Outlook 2003 for over a year.
I have installed, updated, re-installed; read the forums, help files and a
couple of books. I can't even tell if it is operating at all! I have
'associated' the database, but don't know what to do with it. All I really
want to do is to manage my contacts, easily update their information and be
able to sort and report by categories, companies etc and to be able to use
some of the features - I don't even know what they are! I can program in
Access, use Frontpage respectably, integrate Outlook with Access - what am I
missing??
