Business Contact Manager Install problems

I have used Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 on this computer in the
past with no problems. The hard drive on the computer failed and I have
replaced it with a new hard drive. Since that time I have been unable to
reinstall Business Contact Manager for OUtlook 2003..

During the installation process (from CD) I keep getting the following error
message: Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to the server error
logs and setup error logs for more information.

I am unable to figure out the problem to get it resolved. I was wondering
if there is anyone out there who can assist me with this problem. Thank you
