I have just installed Outlook 2003 with the new Business Contact Manager
application. I am trying to set up "bulk" email campaigns to customers
within certain "Categories" It is kind of like a distribution list, but
since this category is set up on the intial input of customer info within
BCM, it would be a lot easier than creating a new distribution list each
time I want do it. The categories already contain exactly the group I want
to mail to.

For example, I have categories for "Prior customers" (I would like to notify
of service work specials)
I have a 'New Prospects" Category I would like to notify of pending sales,
etc.........

I am probably missing the obvious, (Always do) All help would be
appreciated.

You can use a mail merge with Word for this. Select the categories you want
to send to, then choose Tools | Mail Merge and follow the prompts.

Thanks for the help. I will try it out.
