After getting into Outlook unable to get new message due to error: "Business
Contact Manager for Outlook could not connect to the shaed database.

Which version of BCM, Outlook, Windows, Office service pack? How many
users for this BCM database? Has this ever worked? Where is the shared
BCM database hosted?

In other words, please give me some more details. :)
