Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007

When I open Outlook the error message "Business Contact Manager for Outlook
could not connect to the shared database. Do you want to work offline?" I
click "yes" to create or redirect to the default Contact Manager database,
but it does not connect.

When I click on the Contact manager folder group, I get the message " The
set of folders cannot be opened. Store not configured."

Please provide a link or fixit for these two problems. Thanks!

Have you been using BCM for a while and this suddenly started
happening?
