Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 no part of Office Pro 2003

I have been advised that:
Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 will not be a part of Microsoft
Office Professional Edition 2003.
Is this true?
 
There have been some issues with finding BCM on the Office Pro discs. Where
did you get your copy of Office Pro?

And just to confirm before I contact anyone, there was no separate disk
within the package labeled Business Contact Manager or Outlook 2003 with
Business Contact Manager?

It's supposed to be there so if it wasn't, I'll find out what's going on and
what you should do about it.

I was initially told it would arrive in a later release, after a later check
told it would not be part of Office 2003 Pro and info on Office website
would be changed.
I am not angry. If the program was not ready or for whatever reason, better
to have a stable program than force something that may not be ready.
