business contact manager for Office 2003 Pro?

I have the professional version of Office 2003 Pro - how can I download BCM
for Outlook (it doesnt seem to be available on the disks).
 
Is this a retail copy of Office Pro? Or did you get a trial version at one of the Office launch events?
