I have reinstalled Microsoft Business Contact Manager. During setup, I get
the following error message:

"Business Contact Manager Could not find the database you are looking for..."

Set up then asks if I want it to create a new database, and I answer "yes".
After trying, Set Up is unable to create a new data base.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi
Could you make sure MSSMLBIZ Service is running? You can check that by going
to your Control Panel|Administrative Tools|Services and look for SQL
Server(MSSMLBIZ). What OS are you using, Vista/XP?

Thanks
Vinit

Vinit,

I'm using XP Pro (with all latest sp's and updates). The sql MSSMLBIZ
service is "starting" but not "started" like all the other services. I also
get a small white icon in the lower right tray which appears to be th SQL
program trying to start but needs a data base to connect to.

thanks.

Can I please get a reply? ?
