Business Contact Manager and addresses

I can use my Business Contacts for my e-mail addresses, but when I go to do a
letter in Word and click on Address Book it will only allow me to access my
Contacts, not my Business Contacts. Help - I rely on being able to get
addresses without having to cut and paste when I do a letter.
 
I appreciate what you are saying, but don't understand why I should have to
do this rather than just getting an address by using the address book in
Word. Any other suggestions?
 
I can access my Accounts and Business Contacts from the letter wizard in
Word. What error are you getting? Also are you using the letter wizard or
mail merge from Word.
