Business contact manager after reinstall doesnt appear in outlook

I have reinstalled business contact manager, and instead of the usual message
after installation asking if i want to use business contact manager, nothing
appeared, how do i get it to work?

File -> Data file management -> Add the BCM database.
Additionally, check in Help -> Disabled Items to make sure it's not
disabled.
