Business Contact Manager 2003

I just bought and installed Office 2003. That went OK. I
then tried to install the Business Contact Manager and
during the install got the message "Setup failed to
configure the server. Refer to the server error logs and
setup error logs for more information." I've tried to
install it several times with the same result. Any help
would be appreciated.
 
What did the server error logs say?

Look for and delete the MSSQL$MicrosoftBCM folder on the machine under
\program files\Miscosoft SQL Server.
 
Sue, I deleted as you suggested and tried to reinstall.
Same result. Same error message. Any other suggestions?
 
That's the only troubleshooting info I have for that error. If you have a
retail version of Office 2003 Pro or Small Business, you may want initiate a
support incident with Microsoft at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit. You
will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the
request.
