Business Contact Management for Pocket PC 2003?

Does anyone know if the business contact management in Outlook will sync with
a pocket pc anytime in the near future? I love the system, but I need it for
a handheld for my business. If not, any suggestions on other software out
there that perform the similiar functions of Outlook contact system? i.e. -
account / business contact mapping, notes, schedules, and preferably a strong
filter/search feature within notes? Any news or suggestions are greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
