business contact form changed I can't retrieve saved phone log

Microsoft Business Contact Manager in Outlook. I have saved phone logs on
various clients. This afternoon I tried to retreive them and all of a sudden
I have the errror message: "array index out of bounds" . I am then able to
see my business contact but on a different form. There is no way for me to
retrieve my saved phone log information.
