Business Conact History now shows inbox emails

Before when I opened a business contact contact history was displayed under
"business contact history". Now, it shows my emails from my inbox and will
not allow me to view the history. Clicking on "add" does nothing... Any
ideas? Thanks
 
Check if Business Tools is avaliable ? if not enable the same under help >
about > microsoft outlook > disabled items.Also try clearing the cache by
going to tools >options >other > advanced > custom forms > manage forms >
highlight each form and click on clear cache.Hope this helps
