Business card templates - how do I populate the rest of the page?

Using 10 up Avery forms 5377 to print business cards.
After I design my card, how do I populate the other nine on the template
without doing a lot of individual copy/paste operations?

Usually you can copy the first cell of the table to the clipboard,
select the entire table, and paste. Each cell will get a copy of the
first one, all in one operation.

If that doesn't work (which sometimes happens when you have graphics
in the cell), see the macro at the end of
