What is it you want to create:

- the presentation on the CD?
- the label?
- write the data on the CD?
- make it autorun?

to make one and there seems like there are no templetes

A business card CD is something you store data on, like a floppy or full
size CD or your hard drive.
If you like, you can store PowerPoint presentations on it, so long as
they're not too big for the capacity of the CD.

There's nothing special you have to do to the presentation itself for use on
a bus/card CD.
