That's BCM default error message, when they detect an error but don't
have a more specific message to report.
You could try turning on logging, produce the error, and then check
the log file to see if it has additional information about what
failed. When I've contacted Microsoft support that's usually the first
thing they ask in these situations.
Just to clarify, there's nothing of interest in the log file c:\users
\MvO\AppData\Local\Temp\BCMLog_V3.log?
