Bus contact manager blocks email from loading

When I open Outlook 2003 a window pops up that says: "Business Contact
Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please
try again."

I have to close out the window to enable my mail to load.

All of the troubleshooting sources do not deal with this problem.

Please help.
