I was looking at the special unlimited download rate at Napster and started
reading the fine print. Is it true that the music will only play on your
computer or some mp3 players? Is there a price per song in addition for
burnable versions.

If you wanna burn to CD, then it is an additional 99 cents per track.
 
I find Napster's restrictions somewhat irritating. Is there any around
this?

A story was released yesterday about how someone found a way to record the
protected track to a CD, without paying anything extra. Do so at your own risk,
since it's illegal.
