burning music

Hi I have tried to burn a disc this morning come up with error number
COOD11AD?? Can u help please??
 
COOD11AD - no such error code listed. What application or program are
you using to create CDs? Music or data??? Closest found is:
C00D11AE: Cannot copy files to recordable disc
Windows Media Player cannot copy the selected files to the CD-R or CD-RW
disc. To fix the problem, do one or more of the following, and then try
again:
Clean the disc and ensure that it is not damaged.
Check that the CD-R or CD-RW drive is connected.
Quit other programs that might be using the CD-R or CD-RW drive.
If the problem persists, the CD-R or CD-RW drive might be malfunctioning.
