Hi:

I'm sure the newsgroup has had this question before, but I have created a
great movie using movie maker 5.1. But can't burn it onto a DVD that my DVD
player will recognize. I also have Nero 6, but can't seem to find a
function/capability to load avi formatted files onto a DVD. Do I need
another software package? If so which one is the easiest to use, least
expensive, etc.

Thanks - Frustrated Guy

Hi Gary! I'm not familiar with Nero but can't imagine why and avi. file
wouldn't work with it. Anyway, I have an old version of MyDVD that I use once
I'm done editing in Movie Maker. It's version 4.5 Originally made by Sonic,
it's now made by Roxio. The older version lets you select the frame you want

If you have the full version of Nero....
you have NeroVision Express...
you can use it to create your Video
DVD from .avi files.

Or...if you have InterVideo WinDVD
Creator...you can try it.

Maybe these links will offer some
ideas for NeroVision Express:

The following info is for NeroVision Express
2 but I suspect the info could still be useful:
