Hi people,
I have beeen burning music files on my notebook for 2 months . Just
recently it wont buffer the file or burn it. I am using the Windows Media
Player Ver 10. I keep getting the message ,that the disk is scratched or
full, or it gets to about 80% & I get an error message that the disk is
corrupted. My PC is a Medion celeron. Running XP with Media Player 10.
I am on a remote camp site in Western Australia & wont be able to get Tech
help for another 3 weeks. So any help would be greatly received.
Thanks Jondoe

Have your tried different and/or new disks? If you have the Restore feature
on your PC use it. Some file may have corrupted. You can also try a System
File Checker for corrupt and/or missing files:
Start>Run>type sfc /scannow (space between the c and /)

For the Restore feature, go here:
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
you can go back up to 90 days using Restore.
