burning downloaded video

Ive downloaded a video to a file on my pc.

However the video is too big to burn onto a cd, can someone please help me.

Is there anyway I can burn this video by reducing it etc...

Rather depends on the file in question. You can split the file into several
different sections.... and then burn each section separately to a CD.

If you have third party software you can burn it to a VCD.

What do you want to do with the file in the final instance.... view it on a
PC... or on a standalone DVD player.... or something else?
