I can't open a writable CD folder using Windows Explorer. I keep getting "e:\is not accessible. Incorrect function." Anyone know what the problem might be?

See if recording is enabled. Right-click the CD drive letter, click
PROPERTIES|RECORD tab and take a look.

Tried that but there is no such tab. This is a DVD-writer/CD-writer combo drive. Any other thoughts

Install other software like DirectCD/INCD
and disable XP's builtin burning.
