Burning Contacts to CD

How do I backup my contact list by burning them to a CD? I know how to burn
CDs but do not know how to export or burn directly from Outlook. Any
assistance is appreciated.
 
There is no "contact list." Contact data is not separate from the the rest
of your Outlook Data. You need to copy your Outlook data file and burn it to
a CD. The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all
the mail, calendar, contacts etc. are stored.

Close outlook, locate your pst file and burn that to CD.
