Any burn program Nero or Roxio or whatever will burn from and to any drive,
make sure when you get the setup screen that you set the source drive and the
target drive, if they are both the same ie. D\ then the program will make a
temporary file and then ask you to insert the target disk.

Actually, I can't figure out how to do this on any of the players. What setup
menu? How do you get to that in Windows Media Player (or Rhapsody, if anyone
has any experience with burning from the D drive on either of those, please
post!) I'm confused and get aggravated easily hahaha, I've already had the
urge to bash the computer in about 10 times.

Brooke, One thing you do not do with a computer is BASH it, if you get that
annoyed you give it what is commonly known as a "Calibrated Thump" this
sometines corrects some intermittent problems.

Ok now WMP, go to Tools > options > devices > add, and set the burner to
drive D\

Haha well I haven't bashed it yet. When I click on "Add..." it brings me to
this webpage... Where on the webpage can you change your CD burning drive?

When you go to the Burn page in WMP it opens in two panels, in the right
hand panel at the top just under the toolbar is a panel with a burner drive
name showing, in your case probably drive (E) to the far right is a downward
pointing arrow left click on that and if the D drive is a burner drive and is
properly installed it should be in the list, click on the disk drive (D) to
select it that will make the D\ drive your active burner.

Yes, I've tried changing the burner that way, but E: is the only one that
comes up. Is it possible to burn from the D: drive?
