burning cds

Why can't all my accounts on my computer burn cd's. Also how can i transfer
music from one account to another. Thanks in advance.
 
i have a feeling that you have to have administrator rights to use windows
in-built burning software, so if you have limited accounts it might not work,
they easiest way to share or transfer music is to put the music in the shared
folder within my documents, this way everyone who has an account should be
able to see & use it from within their documnet folder, hope this helps, pete
