Burning Cds through network

Hey. Is it possible on my home Network, For me to have
access to another compters hardware such as the Cd
writers, Dvd drives, or even cd drives. And if it is How
would it be possible for me to set it up.
 
No.

CD Burning in Windows is local burn only.

You can however point to files which are sourced on networked devices. My
recommendation would be that you always perform local cache of files before
burning otherwise you will suffer from errors such as under runs.
