Burning CD's in Windows 2000

What's the easiest way to burn an Excel file to a CD? My Nero won't do it,
since it
doesn't recognize files of type Microsoft Excel Worksheet.

Sure it will, just select 'data CD', and browse to the file.

Nero will put ANY type of file on a CD or DVD.
