I have a song playing in the background during a small 4
minnute Presentation and i'm trying to burn it to CD. Is
there a way to get the Presentation to play the audio file
if it resides on the same CD as the PPT ?
It currently plays the audio file from where it resides on
the hard drive.

Thanks,
Billy C.

Billy,

You should be able to embed the audio if it's a wav file.

See..."
But if you first went to Tools, Options and set Link Sounds With File Size Greater Than: to more than 50kb, PowerPoint
would embed the WAV and you wouldn't need to worry about the link breaking because there'd BE no link." on this page
below

Links break when I move presentation (and at other times)
