Burn a VCD

I'm trying to do this as well. I've tried exporting my movie as a WMV file, then using Nero to burn it as VCD.
The result on my DVD player was an ok picture quality, but the music was out of sync with the picture. The movie seemed to run too fast as well.

Tonight I'll try the same, but exporting from Movie Maker as DV/AVI.

Please let me know if you get a satisfactory answer.

I'm also doing this, however i don't have a dvd player (which isn't part of my com) to test it out on to see if it'll work as a VCD. So far i have saved on to CD, will this not run as a VCD, or does the DVD player see it as a data file. Well if you get this to work, let me know

Also you got any idea about how to record to VHS?

Please tell me, as i am quiet new, when you have a a video in windows media, how do you make it to a avi file ??
