bullseye spyware

I can't get rid of this spy it even comes on when i am
banking and gives me a list of other banks it knows
whatever I am doing. it wont uninstall either. can anyone
help me please.

Have you downloaded, installed, and run Microsoft Antispyware?

Did it recognize this threat as installed on your machine?

If it said that it was removing it, but didn't succeed, try rebooting in
safe mode by pressing the F8 key before Windows starts, and doing full scans
in safe mode until a scan comes through clean.

Restart the computer in Safe Mode, Run Full System Scan (Scan Options > Full
System Scan).
