NatureCan someone explain bullets for me.
Sometimes when I want bullets I click it and then select which one I
want. When I close it everything except what I want have bullets. I have to
click Undo and every time I make a selection I have to Undo again. When I
Undo it does erase all bullets except what I want.
Does anyone understand what I am trying to say.
Thanks Bruce

Before you type what you are wanting to bullet, click on
the bullet button. The text will automatically indent and
give you a bullet. You then type whatever text for that
bullet. The text will automatically move to the next line
when you reach your margin. Whenever you are ready for
the next bullet, hit enter. Your cursor will drop to the
next line, indent the text, and give you a bullet. When
you get to the end of the text you want bulletted, hit
enter (you'll get a new bullet) hit the backspace bar and
it will take you back to the natural margin (and turn off
the bullets). Hope this helps. :0)

Note that it's a lot easier to use CTRL+SHIFT+L to apply the built-in
List Bullet style to paragraphs you want bulleted. You can modify this
style if you want a different format. (In case you need information
about styles, see the link at the end of this message!)

And when you want to return to non-numbered text, just press
CTRL+SHIFT+N, which will revert to the Normal style.

For the text between bulleted items, you can use the List Continue
styles, which supply left indent, so that text lines up vertically:

Text before list (Normal style)
- First bullet item here... (List Bullet style)xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Unbulleted item here... (List Continue style)xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
- Next bullet item here... (List Bullet style)
Text after list (Normal style)
