I am new to PowerPoint and I can't find how to fix this slide. I have a very
simple (no sound, no timing) presentation that just uses ENTER to advance the
slides. I have a few slides that have bullet points that fade in and pressing
ENTER on the last point moves to the next slide. I added two new slides today
and the don't advance, but fade, then it takes a second click to get the the
next slide. Does anyone know what setting will fix this?

Hi Philip

What version of PowerPoint are you using? It will be easier to explain the
fix if I know :-)

Go to custom animation. Click on the animation and indicate you want it to
activate after the previous action. If you don't want to have to use the
mouse you can also add a transition time between each slide and they will
move from slide to slide. You can set the taransition in the first slide for
all the slides or if you want different timing between slides you can set the
transition time in each slide.
