Hi all,

I have just been given a new mother board with all the pieces etc and wish
to build a new machine from scratch. Do i have to buy the same chassis that
actually held the original motherboard or would it fit any chassis.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards.

Usually the holes on the motherboard are placed in a standard fashion
to work with most PC cases.

You should make sure that the old chassis has an adequate power supply
to handle the new motherboard (and video card).

Also...Google [build PC] for many do-it-yourself websites.
