Building image: cant find some files...

I am looking to find the components that I need to add to include the
following items in my image:

Services MMC snap-in (services.msc)
Local users MMC snap-in (lusrmgr.mmc)
oledlg.dll
 
Make sure that the Visibility level is set to 100. Tools->Advanced.

You can use a filter to find components that contain the files:

Services MMC snap-in - Administration Support Tools
Local users MMC snap-in - Users Control Panel
oledlg.dll - OLE Dialog Interfaces

The filter doesn't give any results for the following:

Services MMC snap-in - Administration Support Tools
Local users MMC snap-in - Users Control Panel

Any Suggestions? or guide?
