Build Process For Pocket PC devices

I am ravi Here , actually i am trying to build the pocket pc
application with command line i know devenv.exe for build i have used
multiple projects means here project dependenies are there after build
ing all the projects i will build my main project while building the
last project i want to buile for different applications but through
devenv.exe i am not able to send any devices information ., I wanted
to build for diffrent types of devices like elumunator,pocket pc
device,elumunator 2003 there i am not able to handle can any body help
me for solving this.

I'm not fully sure what you're asking, but the binary for each of those
platfroms is the same, so there's no need for different builds.
