BugCheck FE (BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER) / IRP_URB_DOUBLE_SUBMIT
Probably caused by : USBPORT.SYS ( USBPORT!
USBPORT_FindUrbInIrpTable+114 )
I usually keep the drivers for my USB ports disabled. I
had a 1-time need to enable the USB2 driver, so I enabled
it in device manager and in the process got a BSOD (this
re-enable occured within 1 minute of resuming from
hibernation).
Note that I haven't even attached any USB devices (or
added any drivers for such devices) when the BSOD
occured. I have a 75MB memdump. A Dell Dimension 8300
running XP SP1. I'm posting this in the unlikely case
that MSFT might want to fix this driver bug; Dell support
is worthless.
