Bug with time setting in Schedule Scan

I've tried to set the schedule scan for 12:30pm. When you
select anytime from 12:00 to 12:59 (24hr clock) and hit
update schedule the time jumps to 00:00 to 00:59. 11:59 or
13:00 is OK, looks like a bug.

I'm using Microsoft AntiSpyware Version: 1.0.501

Any one else seen this bug?

Scheduled scan is buggy and is not a guranteed working feature, anything
from 12:00 to 12:59 will just not work, you will have to use another time
instead. Also update to latest build 1.0.509:
