BUG with the all vertical scroll bars in Windows Mail (Vista Beta2

When I use the vertical scroll bars in Windows Mail I got a block of that
window and if it's a window used for the settings I can't close it due that
bug, sometimes OK and cancel buttons seem not working, etc. In some windows
when I use the scroll bars I got also a graphic corruption near the scroll
bars.
I use Vista basic interface.

Known bug.
I find that (usually) if I put the cursor about where I want the slider to
end up it usually works well enough. The up and down arrow work, too, but
that can take a lot of taps on a key.
 
If you have a scrollwheel, that works well too for scrolling as a
workaround.
