If you go to Advanced Tools>System Explorers>IE Settings
you can see a small textbox at the bottom (left). It
says "txtFocus" and should be invisible.

Edit: This only happens in maximized window mode.

.

Yes I also see this bug!

Same with Tools->Advanced Tools->Advanced File Analyzer

Whos doing the testing at Microsoft? :)

You are doing the testing at the same time as a team within Microsoft.

This beta involves technology purchased three weeks before the beta began.
The public beta is enabling millions of users to get their machines cleaned
up--and it is also enabling a few users to find bugs such as this one.
Thanks for the report!

This programm is the best anti-spyware tool I've ever seen,
I didn't want to say something against it.

Bill, It's interesting that I don't see it in IE settings
but do see it in Advanced File Analyzer. Weird but that's
MS.

I'm lost! What?

There is are VB6 service packs which seem to be fixing some issues with this
app for some folks--probably by ensuring that the set of runtime files on
their systems are consistent in versions--is that what you meant?

My suggest (out of topic?) is that VB6-SP seems to be wide enought to be
included in the WinUpdate as it's impact is far more than Anti-Spy and can
solve a lot of problems in other apps.

Well - it's clear to me that this SP is solving some problems with the
Microsoft Antispyware beta. I've no idea why such a thing isn't seen on
Windows Update--but I know some places to ask the question--and I'll do
that.

Good thought!
