Bug: Text-entry with RC2 and Toshiba Sat.

I have RC2 (5744) and a Toshiba Satellite A105 that is "Vista Capable." The
problem,
text entry is erratic: sometimes while typing, the text cursor jumps back to
mid-line or a previous line. Naturally, the error makes Vista impractical
for use.

The question: has anyone heard of such an error and what might be the
solution?

Hi Ed,

My experience with that problem turned out to be the palm of my hand
occasionally brushing the touchpad.

I've experienced the same type of problem... but like Mr. Rogers points out,
it only happens on laptops with touchpads... so I have to assume I'm
touching the pad in a fashion that causes the mouse pointer to move.

Or... I could be just going crazy....
