Hey i found a bug in win xp. how can i tell microsoft?
The bug is if you have a frame and up a option button on
it the option button becomes black. and you can't change
it!

This is a known issue with some programs written in MS Visual Basic 6
using a manifest file to produce XP Visual Styles:
